We strive to keep pricing upfront and fair across the board. we charge $50 travel fee , and remain flat-rate whether done at your site or in our shop. Any job-specific fees are always communicated before work begins.
- Fixed Price Upfront: Before any work begins, you know the exact cost for the service (for example, a $120 full synthetic oil change or a $250 brake pad replacement).
- No Hourly Surprises: If a job is estimated at 1 hour but takes the technician 2 hours due to a stubborn bolt, your price does not go up. You pay the agreed flat price.
- Based on Industry Benchmarks: Flat rates are calculated using standard industry labor guides that estimate how long a repair typically takes, combined with required parts and materials.
Flat Rate vs. Hourly Rate:
- Flat Rate: "This brake job costs $200 total, no matter how long it takes." (Predictable and transparent for the customer).
- Hourly Rate: "This job costs $100 per hour, plus parts, and we'll bill you for every hour we work." (Costs can rise if unexpected delays happen).
Nope! For mobile visits, as long as we have access to the vehicle and key arrangements are made ahead of time, you can go about your day uninterrupted. For shop visits, you can drop off your vehicle and we'll notify you as soon as it’s ready. All payments are required in full before keys are returned to you
